Renata Florio is Global Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy OUSA, Creative Lead for Ogilvy Health and Wellness.
With over 20 years of experience, Renata has worked with many of the world’s biggest and best brands, including Ambev-Inbev, Beiesdorf, Coke, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Pepsico, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi, Unilever, Volkswagen, among others.
During her tenure with blue-chip companies and her travels around the world, she has collected many of the top creative awards—including 17 Cannes Lions.
Since 2014 she’s been leading some of the main Global Brand Management clients at Ogilvy&Mather, including SC Johnson, Kimberly Clark, Nestlé Science and Johnson’s.
In 2017 her campaign for Kiwi Shoe Care “Portraits Completed” was awarded with 5 Cannes Lions and 13 Clios, among other awards, as well as appointed by one of the best Creative of 2017 by Adweek. Its technological approach, mixing craft and data, put it to amongst the most awarded campaigns of the world according to the Drum Report 2018.
In 2018 she was appointed a member of the Jury for Cannes Health and the Jury for Cannes for Good, the maximum award in the Health and Wellness Industry, given by the United Nations.
Renata is the daughter of an Italian father and a Brazilian mother. She holds Brazilian and Italian passports, and a Green Card, speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian fluently, has basic French and German skills and is currently (dreaming of) learning Mandarin. Last but not least, she is a family person—married, and the mother of two children and a Labrador.
