Director of New Business Development Uprising, Italy
After the Accademia di Comunicazione certificate, in 1995 Raffaella starts Effects, the first Italian digital agency. Effects grows up fast in quality and creativity (2 Canneslions shortlists and lots of metals at the Italian Art Directors Club).
In 2005 Raffaella joins Nurun, today Razorfish, as Creative Director. Then Arc-Leo Burnett and Leagas Delaney as Strategic Planner and Digital Creative Director.
In 2013 she joins Uprising, a little independent company with a big list of awards wins: Grand Prix and some Golds at ADCI, 3 Lions at Cannes, Gold Pencil, Eurobest, Webby, The FWA, Awwwards, CSS Design Awards.
Raffaella was Juror at Canneslions 2006 (Cyber) and 2012 (Promo Activation), Jury President (Digital) at ADCI 2018 and is The FWA Jury Member since 2017. Her personal prize record includes wins at Canneslions, The One Show, Eurobest, New York Festivals, The FWA, ADCE, ADCI.
The thing she's most proud of in her life is the sabbatical year she was on when she was 40, spent travelling, reading books, visiting exhibitions and, above all, enjoying the luxury of getting bored.
