Max Geraldo is Executive Creative Director at Arnold Worldwide in Boston.

Born in Argentina and raised in Brazil, Max started his career in advertising in 2001 working at TBWA São Paulo from where he later moved onto holding positions at top-tier creative agencies in Brazil, including JWT, DM9DDB and AlmapBBDO. Geraldo led FCB Brazil’s Creative Department from 2013 to 2016 when he then left to join FCB Chicago and served as a member of the Global Creative Council.

Max has won 35 One Show Pencils in addition to 59 Cannes Lions, including the 2014 Mobile Grand Prix, 32 Clio Awards, and 21 D&AD Pencils, including two Yellow Pencils, for global brands like Nivea, Volkswagen, FedEx, HP, Nissan, and Pepsi, among others. He was also named the 5th Most Awarded Creative Director by The Big Won Report.
