Hirokazu was born in Hokkaido, Japan, in 1983. He joined a digital creative studio 1-10 Inc. in December 2011. In June 2014, he launch a digital-driven creative team "NOIMAN" with ADK. In November 2015, he joined the board of 1-10 Inc.

In April 2019, he founded Volante Inc, a non-traditional creative agency. As a creative director, he has been planning and producing a wide range of brand communication that ignite people's behavior, including conceptualization, strategy development, communication design and execution development. He has worked on clients such as TOYOTA, DENSO, Bose, SHISEIDO and Janssen Pharmaceuticals.

Hirokazu has won awards, including 2 Gold Lotus and 2 Bronze Lotus at Adfest, Bronze Lions at Lions Health, Silver Spikes and 3 Bronze Spikes at Spikes Asia, Bronze at AD STARS, Silver at Event Marketing Awards, New York Festivals, London International Awards, and more.

His work includes TOYOTA's global campaign "TOYOTA BARISTA", Bose's new product launch campaign "Everyday Life", SHISEIDO's new product launch event "WASO VEGETABLE MUSEUM" and more.
