Founder/CEO FCB Afirma, Serbia
Dejan Nedic has been professionally present in the Balkan region for nearly 30 years and has contributed to the development of advertising there through creative activities, innovative ideas and approaches.
He launched an integrated marketing communications company named Afirma in 1995 that became a part of FCB, a global advertising network in 2002.
He is also the founder and owner of FCB Afirma Albania (2006), and FCB Afirma Croatia (2011). In 2014 he becomes a Regional CEO of FCB AFIRMA of the Adriatic region.
The FCB Afirma team headed by Dejan Nedic, apart from cooperating with big brands such as Beiersdorf, IKEA, Rauch, Texaco Oil, Nestle, Fuji, SC Johnson, Johnson & Johnson, Renault, Volvo, Tetra Pak, Atlas Copco, Grundfos, Kraft, JTI , Molson Coors, Efes, has also won numerous international and national awards, and some of them are awarded by: ARC New York Awards (Silver Winner and Honors for Albanian market - BKT BANK Annual Report, 2014), Effie Awards Serbia 2017 (Bronze award for GRAND KAFA) , Balcannes Croatia, Grand Prix 2016 (UEPS – Serbia for Telenor bank), Cactus etc.
Dejan was a participant in a number of professional conferences, festivals and contributed to the development of the same, taking part in jurying. He is also a member of several marketing associations in the Balkans. He is the founder of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) and the Vice President of Nordic Business Alliance in Serbia from 2013.
In this way, he gave impulse to the development of the profession in his local environment and combined local trends and tastes with global movements in the field of marketing.
