Upon returning from the United States where she gained a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Acting and Directing, Anja entered the world of advertising. Since then, Anja has relentlessly pursued creative, people-centered ideas.

She started her creative directorship at Leo Burnett in 2009. Soon after, in 2010, Leo Burnett Belgrade became the Best Agency of the Adriatic Region at the Golden Drum. The agency continued with success, and helped Leo Burnett become the Best Network at the 2012 awards.

Anja has won numerous international awards, including several Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards at award shows such as Eurobest, Golden Drum, Epica, London FAB Awards, The Cup, AICP Next Awards, EACA, etc.

Anja had the privilege to serve as a Content & Contact, Integrated Campaign & Innovative Media Jury member at prestigious Clio Awards. Throughout the years, she has served as a member of the Multi Channel Jury at the Golden Drum, at New York Festivals, AdStars (Korea), as well as a Jury President at Kaktus Festival of Integrated Communications.
