Aricio has won 44 Cannes Lions so far and has had the pleasure to work with major advertisers such as: McDonald’s, Walmart, Johnson & Jonhson, AB-Inbev, Procter & Gamble, Coca Cola, Philips, Unilever, Nestlé, Kimberly-Clark, IBM, Mattel, Itaú Bank, Heinz, among others.
Aricio had senior creative leadership roles in the following agencies: Pereira & O’Dell San Francisco, Africa São Paulo, Ogilvy Brazil and DM9DDB, the last two of them as the top creative leader. In his career Aricio has won accolades in all colors and shapes in the world’s most prestigious awards.
Also Aricio was part of the Cannes Lions Agency of The Year team in 2009 while at DM9DDB. In 2015, he was the creative leader of Ogilvy Brazil, when the agency was the 3rd most awarded in Cannes Lions and the world most awarded agency in the Cannes Lions Activation category. In 2017, Aricio was the 3rd most awarded creative leader in Latin America according to El Ojo ranking. And was also the 9th most awarded writer in Cannes Lions 2010 according to Cannes Report.
Aricio has been jury in the Cannes Lions 60th Anniversary in 2013. He also has been jury in other important international awards like The One Show, D&AD and New York Festivals, where he is a member of The Advisory Board. Aricio has a book in co-creation with Snoop Dogg featured at Harvard University Library.
