Cam Blackley


Chief Creative Officer, M&C Saatchi, Australia

With over 20 years’ experience of outstanding work at leading international creative shops including Droga5 New York, Droga5 Sydney, Publicis London, AMV BBDO and, for the last three years as Executive Creative Director of BMF Australia. He has worked on a wide variety of global brands spanning Aldi, MLA, Carlton United Breweries, British Telecom, FFA and Sportsbet to name a few. He was awarded a coveted Black Pencil for ‘The Million’ an initiative for The New York Department of Education, picked up two Yellow D&AD Pencils and Gold Lion for ‘The Regulars’ commercial for Victoria Bitter, another Yellow Pencil at D&AD for Boost ‘Moreing’ content films for Cadbury Boost Bar and recently added two Grand Clio Awards Football Federation Australia’s ‘You’ve Gotta Have a Team’.

The first award he ever won earned him a place on the Australian Cannes Young Creatives team in 1997, since then he has been consistently recognised at every major international Award show hundreds of times; for a wide variety of creative work and clients.

In 2017, BMF under Cam, was named ‘Effective Agency of the Year’ at the Effies and garnered 51 creative awards and 16 effectiveness awards.

Cam is currently on the AWARD Awards Committee and curates: the Call for entries, The AWARD Best of show exhibition and Key Note Speakers for the Semi Permanent Conference and choses the Chairman of judges.
